Rexnord S54RD Thomas Disc Couplings
The Rexnord Thomas Series 54RD couplings are specifically designed as replacements
for close-coupled gear and grid couplings, and where overall shaft-to-shaft spacing is
minimal. Materials of construction are identical to the Series 52. Stainless steel disc
packs are supplied as standard. To reduce maintenance costs, the Series 54RD is
furnished with an axially split center member. This design permits the removal of the disc
packs without moving the connected equipment.
Rexnord S54RDG Thomas Disc Couplings
The Rexnord Thomas Series 54RDG couplings are reduced diameter gear and grid
replacement couplings. Applications include any situation where the overall shaft-to-shaft
spacing is minimal.
Rexnord S71 Thomas Disc Couplings
The Rexnord Thomas S71 spacer type disc coupling is a general purpose high-speed,
high-torque coupling designed applications requiring spacer-type couplings such as
ANSI, API and other similar process pumps. Series 71 couplings are most commonly
used on motor, turbine and gear driven pumps, compressors and blowers and when
specified can meet all API 610 or API 671
Rexnord S71-8 Thomas Disc Couplings

The Rexnord Thomas S71-8 spacer type disc coupling is a general purpose high-speed,
high-torque coupling designed applications requiring spacer-type couplings such as
ANSI, API and other similar process pumps. Series 71-8 couplings are most commonly
used on motor, turbine and gear driven pumps, compressors and blowers and when
specified can meet all API 610 or API 671 requirements. The Series 71-8 is characterized
by a simple three-piece design with a unitized center member assembly and two piloted
hubs, available as Black Oxide, Zinc, Cadmium or Manganese Phosphate coated..
Rexnord XTSR52 Thomas Disc Couplings
The Rexnord Thomas XTSR52 spacer disc coupling is a general purpose high-speed,
high-torque coupling used where minimum coupling weight is desirable. The Thomas
XTSR52 couplings are API 610 and ISO 14691 compliant when specified as well as
ATEX II 2GD c T6 certified. Typical applications include motor and turbine driven pumps,
compressors, fans, synchronized rollers, wire feeders and blowers. XTSR52 couplings
are compatible with one, two or three sizes larger hubs and available in 21 sizes ranging
from 726 through 5258.

The Rexnord Thomas XTSR71 spacer disc coupling is a high performance 3-piece
design enabling compact packaging for critical operating conditions including API
applications. The Thomas XTSR71 couplings are API 610, ISO 14691, and API 671 (ISO
10441) compliant when specified as well as ATEX II 2GD c T6 certified. Typical
applications include motor and turbine driven pumps, compressors, fans, synchronized
rollers, wire feeders and blowers. XTSR71 couplings are compatible with one or two
sizes larger hubs and available in 21 sizes ranging from 726 through 5258.
